SH 10 is the traditional light industrial area of Hurst.
From the Loop 820 intersection, SH 10 goes east for five miles within Hurst. Along the corridor there are such businesses as MMW Fabrication (metals), Delta Rigging & Tools, North American Galvanizing, Texas Galvanizing, Kelly Moore Paints, Trinity Forest Industries, EZ Go, and Bell Helicopter.
There are several large tracts of land along Texas 10 suitable for more office/warehouse and light industrial development.
